Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Grace be with you (talk) 04:39, 24 April 2018 (UTC) The article talks about a Native Hawaiian who turned out to be a lay missionary in Hawaii, particularly in Maui, Hawaii. He is well known and revered in Hawaii as the "Apostle of Maui." Without his help the Catholic Missions in Hawaii would not be firm in its foundation. He is a candidate for sainthood alongside with Saint Damian de Veuster, Saint Marianne Cope, Servant of God Joseph Dutton and Sister Leopoldina Burns. One of the important catholic figures in Hawaii. Therefore, it should not be deleted.[reply]

@Grace be with you: is there any source that Helio Koaeloa is being considered for sainthood as a servant of God?--KAVEBEAR (talk) 04:18, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
